“Health is the state in which you sleep well, digest your food well, are at ease and free from any kind of disease.”- SWAMI SIVANANDA

The Ayurvedic lifestyle is based on three things:

  1. Routine (প্রাত্যহিক ক্রিয়াকলাপের সূচি)
  2. Moderation (আত্মসংযম), and
  3. Tuning in to the natural rhythms of the doshas and Agni. (দোষ ও অগ্নি যাতে করে natural rhythms এর সাথে তাল মিলিয়ে চলতে পারে সে ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।)

Routine:

Perform healthy exercises at the same time every day so that they become tolerable in your lifestyle. Then your body will know when to wake up, when to digest food and when to prepare itself for sleep etc. For more information on how adjusting your daily routine can benefit your health. Moderation:

Moderation maintains balance in our lives and suppresses excessive greed or the desire to overindulge. Generally, when the conscience judges unintelligently or wrongly, a sense of guilt is created in the mind, and from this sense of guilt, diseases of the mind and above all diseases of the body are created. We often choose unhealthy choices for sensual pleasures. Moderation maintains balance in our lives and prevents overindulgence. Usually, the road to ill health begins with an error in judgment. Even though we know better, we often make unhealthy choices in pursuit of sensual pleasures. It can overload the stomach with too much food and disrupt our sleep cycle by sleeping too much during the day, or suppressing the natural urge to cry, yawn or even go to the bathroom. These are moderation issues. This can cause fatal diseases.
