Dr. Dulal achieved trained more than 10 issues in health sciences including yoga, Meditation, Food and nutrition, and overall pharmaceutical goods manufacturing practice. He started his bilateral career as a physician and research and development officer in Ayurvedic pharmaceutical in Dhaka Bangladesh and continued there for 2 years. In 2002 he joined A.H Janakalyan Pharmaceuticals (Waqf) Bangladesh. He dedicated his life to the high-quality Ayurvedic and Unani medicine production sector. He started research work with many Ayurvedic and Unani Medicine manufacturers in Bangladesh. At that time there were no such quality standards for the formulation development of the Ayurvedic and Unani medicine production sector.
At first, he thought that Bangladesh should work to control the quality of Ayurvedic and Unani medicines in modern forms such as tablets, capsules, syrups, etc. For this reason, he has trained many production officers, pharmacists, and research and development officers in Ayurvedic and Unani medicine manufacturing sectors. He has been successful in working on various chronic and sexually transmitted diseases. For this humanitarian work, various local institutions and many other organizations honored him.
Dr. Shahinoor Rahman Dulal is a sensible physician and meticulous researcher in the field of Ayurvedic and Unani medicine. He becomes the foremost clinical expert on Oncology and Infertility management. He also proved his clinical skill to treat diseases of Rheumatology, Neurology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, and Gastroenterology. He has a special interest in infertility management. Dr. Shahinoor Rahman Dulal is a great teacher. He also worked as an Honorary Associate Professor to guest faculty. Currently, he is enlisted as an Honorary Associate Professor at Noor Majid Ayurvedic College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dr. Dulal conducted Ayurvedic development tanning for the quality development of Ayurvedic and Unani medicine and physicians.
Dr. Shahinoor Rahman Dulal has at least 8/10 medical publications in different national and international journals. Dr. Dulal is a very kind person and fond of helping the distressed and helping the career development of Ayurvedic and Unani students. Many of his followers are serving as university teachers, government medical offices, and non-government production managers in different renowned Ayurvedic and Unani pharmaceuticals all over the world. Dr. Dulal has many international collaborations with foreign Ayurvedic manufacturers and universities.
