The Ayurvedic lifestyle is based on three things: Routine, Moderation, and to keep tuning with the nature of the dosha and Agni.
What is health according to Ayurveda?
Health is a positive condition of happiness that is achieved through the normal condition of the doshas (energies), dhatus (tissues), Agni (digestive fire), and malas (waste), as well as a calm state of body and mind.
First, when one or more doshas become distorted or imbalanced for some reason, and if not quickly brought back into balance, the imbalance continues until the body becomes ill. And these are further aggravated by insufficient stool and weak fire. This is the cause of disease. The lifestyle practices shown by Ayurveda should always be followed by people of all natures. Follow Ayurvedic lifestyle guidelines as per your personal needs.
“Have faith in yourself; do the right thing; help others. This is the key to success, health, and happiness.” – Swami Sivananda.
